The WAR Team at Keller Williams Capital Properties is a relationship-driven real estate team serving buyers, sellers, homeowners, and investors throughout Washington, DC and Maryland, with a strong focus on Bowie, Prince George’s County, and surrounding DMV communities.
Co-led by Russell “Russ” Carter and veteran real estate professional Rob Morris, The WAR Team combines local market expertise, strategic marketing, strong negotiation, and hands-on client service. Since forming the team in 2017, Russ and Rob have built a business centered on trust, relationships, accountability, and helping clients make confident real estate decisions.
